Returns & Refunds Policy
At KAB Chairs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, our Returns & Refunds Policy makes the process simple and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
Unused and in original condition
In the original packaging
Complete with all parts, manuals, and accessories
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:
Products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or neglect
Items returned outside the 14-day return period
Customized or special-order items
3. Return Process
Contact our customer service team at info@officechairs.ie with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide instructions and a return address.
Pack the item securely and arrange return shipping.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or sent in error).
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will happily exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
6. Warranty Claims
All KAB Chairs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
