Returns & Refunds Policy

At KAB Chairs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, our Returns & Refunds Policy makes the process simple and transparent.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Complete with all parts, manuals, and accessories


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or neglect

  • Items returned outside the 14-day return period

  • Customized or special-order items


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@officechairs.ie with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide instructions and a return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and arrange return shipping.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or sent in error).


5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will happily exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.


6. Warranty Claims

All KAB Chairs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
